This policy describes the categories of information the platform collects and how that information is shared between pilots and aircraft owners.
Information you provide
Profile details, pilot certificates and ratings, flight times, endorsements, medical class and expiration, aircraft listings, photos, uploaded documents, and messages.
How information is shared
Aircraft listings are visible publicly. Detailed pilot profile information is shared with an aircraft owner when you send that owner a connection request. Uploaded supporting documents are shared only with owners you choose to connect with.
Messages
Private conversations are visible only to the two participants and, where required, to platform staff investigating a report or safety concern.
Data retention and deletion
Profiles, listings, and messages are retained while your account is active. You can delete a listing at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated profile data; message history may be retained where needed to resolve a safety report or meet legal obligations.
