This platform provides aircraft discovery, networking, and communication services. Aircraft listings, rates, availability, pilot requirements, and other information are provided by users. Any aircraft rental arrangement is made independently between the aircraft owner/provider and pilot.
What this platform is
A nationwide network that helps certificated pilots discover aircraft and connect directly with the owners of those aircraft.
What this platform is not
Hangar Connect is not an aircraft rental company, aircraft operator, charter service, flight school, air carrier, insurance broker, or maintenance provider. It does not own aircraft, operate or dispatch aircraft, provide air transportation, provide pilots or flight instructors, determine airworthiness, approve pilots to operate aircraft, exercise operational control, establish rental agreements between users, set rental prices, or collect rental payments.
Owner discretion
Aircraft owners retain complete discretion over whom they communicate with and whom they ultimately allow to operate their aircraft. Profile comparisons shown in the app describe an owner's listed preferences only and never constitute approval.
Pilot responsibility
Pilots are responsible for their own currency, certification, medical eligibility, insurance, and regulatory compliance, and for satisfying themselves as to the condition and airworthiness of any aircraft they choose to operate.
